Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide home care focused on activities of daily living (ADLs) and non-medical support
  • •Assist with standby care, including bathing and dressing
  • •Help with mobility and transfers as needed, and provide supervision and companionship
  • •Offer medication reminders; prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
  • •Accompany clients to medical appointments (may require driving sometimes) and perform light housekeeping and laundry

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • •Proficiency in English required
  • •Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle
  • •Must have at least one of: PCA (Personal Care Aide), HHA (Home Health Aide), or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
  • •Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred (or highly qualified candidates with less experience who are fully authorized to work in the U.S.)
