Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and finalise monthly, quarterly, and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS, and Companies Act requirements.
  • •Own and improve the month-end close and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports.
  • •Lead statutory, internal, tax, and other regulatory audits; act as primary point of contact for auditors and resolve audit queries.
  • •Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
  • •Own revenue recognition and multi-entity accounting for US and India entities, including intercompany, FX, and USD consolidation; drive MIS dashboards, variance analysis, and automation/process improvements.

  • •Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
