Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap, translating it into product requirements, feature specifications, and Product Requirements Documents.
  • •Conduct business case and ROI analyses and integrate emerging technologies to strengthen counter-UAS capabilities and market position.
  • •Set product goals and key success metrics, and define and track performance metrics to assess success.
  • •Partner with Engineering Leads and Technical Program Managers to ensure designs meet customer/business requirements and are scalable and manufacturable.
  • •Interface with customers and cross-functional teams (growth, operations, business development, field operations) to gather insights, validate needs, and perform market/competitive analysis.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 229,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field, plus 5+ years in Product Management, Program Management, or Systems Engineering focused on rugged, mission-critical hardware-software systems.
  • •Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development from strategy and design through execution and commercialization.
  • •Strong technical understanding of hardware-software systems, including sensors, effectors, autonomy, networking, and embedded systems.
  • •Experience with government, defense, or aerospace customers, including familiarity with DoD procurement and acquisition processes.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
