  • •Analyze and respond to legislative updates affecting gig economy participants, marketplaces, retailers, and consumers.
  • •Deliver actionable legal guidance to business partners to support compliant operations.
  • •Develop and document legal frameworks and compliance best practices for legislative and regulatory mandates.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional regulatory responses with Policy and Government Affairs, Operations, Product, and Communications teams.
  • •Manage relationships with external counsel, trade associations, and industry partners to support cross-industry initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • •3+ years of experience practicing law.
  • •Ability to synthesize, analyze, and provide precise legal advice in response to legislative updates.

  • •Proven success supporting compliance initiatives and executing legal frameworks.
