•Design and propose comprehensive technical solutions that meet client needs; develop high-level and detailed technical requirements and documentation.
•Manage solution delivery to ensure seamless implementation and operation of solutions across the organization.
•Oversee the implementation of technical solutions from conception to completion and monitor project progress to meet objectives.
•Collaborate with BA team to validate business requirements and with shared services teams to understand customer needs and provide actionable recommendations.
•Lead and mentor a team of AMS to provide full system support activities and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
•9+ years of experience in a technical role
•At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
•Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies
•Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle (SDLC)
