Key Responsibilities

  • •Run morning activities and Power-Bl reports that provide data for OTP, Production, and Warehouse.
  • •Enter orders for product lines in AS400, Vista, and MAPICs.
  • •Maintain accurate site inventory through cycle count program reporting and data analysis.
  • •Interface with SC Buyers and Material Handlers to improve accurate warehousing and associated ERP systems.
  • •Own disposition on E&O (Excess & Obsolete) Inventory and PPAPs and support Kanban analysis, maintenance, orders, and check processes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing, operations, distribution, or purchasing environment.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Wilsonville OR will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
  • •No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
  • •Associate’s or higher degree; knowledge of Kanban; and prior experience with Oracle, AS400, Vista, and Infor are preferred.
