Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the cleaning and sustainability crew to meet sustainability goals.
  • •Work with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager and assist with front- and back-of-house trash pickup and removal.
  • •Assist in post-show sorting of recycling materials, aluminum, and reusable cups.
  • •Engage with fans to encourage participation in sustainability activities and education.
  • •Coordinate with concessions, catering, and other departments to fulfill sustainability standards and operations, including post-concert cleanup (Post-Show Pick).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Supervise the cleaning and sustainability crew to meet venue sustainability goals.
  • •Be able to walk, bend, reach, stoop, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs for much of the shift.
  • •Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • •Have experience in events; zero waste event experience is a plus.
  • •Work well with other departments and bring a positive attitude, creativity, and teamwork mindset.
