Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual enterprise forecasting and consolidate forecasts for enterprise-level analysis.
  • •Support annual budgeting and long-range planning, including multi-year forecasting and scenario modeling for strategic decisions.
  • •Analyze monthly results vs. budgets/forecasts/prior periods, identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to improve performance.
  • •Prepare and present management reporting, executive presentations, dashboards, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals and drive continuous improvement across planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • •15 or more years of relevant finance, financial planning, forecasting, or financial management experience.
  • •8 or more years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • •Significant FP&A experience within a large, complex organization.
  • •Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including expert-level Excel skills with large, complex data sets.
