Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • •9+ years (Bachelor’s) or 7+ years (Advanced Degree) preferred; PhD candidates with 3+ years preferred.
  • •Experience leading or playing a core role in card/payment platform migrations, portfolio conversions, or similar large change programs.
  • •Strong card network and issuing value chain expertise, including how issuer processing platforms and card management systems influence migration strategy.
  • •Comfort working with data to develop clear, fact-based recommendations and business cases; excellent written and verbal communication.
