Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise electrical maintenance team activities to achieve targets and deliver maintenance plans aligned to policies, procedures, and systems.
  • •Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and overhauling work to ensure electrical equipment continuity, reliability, and reduced downtime.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, and ensure repairs/actions comply with quality and HSE standards.
  • •Coordinate outage planning and execution for critical electrical equipment, providing technical support to meet EHS, scope, cost, and timeline objectives.
  • •Ensure SAP-based maintenance documentation is completed correctly (maintenance log, work orders, and notifications) and support continuous improvement through change initiatives and feasibility studies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical Engineering.
  • •8–10 years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance in water desalination and power generation plants, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Practical electrical engineering knowledge, including downtime analysis and problem-solving tools.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance management methods, predictive inspection tools, and CMMS; good knowledge of SAP template desirable.
  • •Strong planning/organizing and mentoring/coaching/people management skills, including experience conducting at least one outage for critical electrical equipment.
