Job Summary

Lead client servicing for Global Private Banking and Retail/GPB portfolios in Hong Kong, delivering a best-in-class client experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for transaction banking needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and proactively resolve issues. Collaborate with PBRM teams to manage wealth product activity across platforms and transfer eligible assets with client consent, while promoting PB-led activities and ensuring adherence to FCC and regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver the best client experience for clients under the portfolio, supporting both Retail/GPB relationship management.
•Collaborate with the PBRM team on wealth products across platforms and transfer eligible assets to PB Wealth with client consent.
•Act as the primary point of contact to fulfill transaction banking and servicing needs on the Retail side, responding to inquiries and issues.
•Promote PB-led activities to identify opportunities and meet client needs while maximizing available resources.
•Ensure compliance with FCC-related policies and relevant group standards as applied to the WPB strategy in their country.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), with progressive financial services experience and relationship management experience preferred.
•Customer-centric mindset to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
•Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and provide one-stop financial solutions, with expertise in branch operations and independent management of retail transactions.
•Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
•Strong sales orientation, networking, and portfolio management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
