Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate long-range and near-term forecasts of raw material needs for casting production based on monthly S&OP, sales forecasts, and casting schedules.
  • •Ensure timely, cost-optimized procurement of raw materials in coordination with the Constellium Central Metal Procurement group (CMP).
  • •Monitor actual raw material inventory inflows and inventory levels vs. plan and follow up with suppliers and CMP to address deviations.
  • •Own supply contracts and manage relationships with 3rd party secondary remelters responsible for processing dross and scrap.
  • •Lead plant-wide physical inventory activities and provide day-to-day leadership for the Metal Flow Coordinator and assigned temporary employees, including inventory-related delivery scheduling and logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, or Finance.
  • •5-10 years of relevant experience in raw materials procurement, metal trading, supplier management, supply chain management, or financial controlling in an industrial setting.
  • •Advanced spreadsheet development and data analysis capabilities using Microsoft Excel (or similar).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence across organizational levels.
  • •Proven process-driven, continuous improvement-oriented problem-solving capabilities.
