Own 0→1 process redesign within the service journey, using targeted automation and AI to deliver faster resolution, more consistent quality, and smarter operations. Design future-state workflows combining policy, process, and automation; lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch. Partner with QA, Analytics, Data Science, frontline teams, and Business Applications to validate opportunities, measure impact with KPIs, and document learnings into scalable playbooks.

•Identify and lead 0→1 initiatives to create entirely new processes or reinvent existing ones.

•Own end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, from discovery and design through implementation, testing, and launch.
•Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., conversational AI, agent assist, self-service) to enhance service speed, consistency, and scalability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,200 - 127,600 annually

•Experience in AI- or automation-enhanced service environments (e.g., bots, agent assist, self-service) and a vision for transformation.
•Skilled in leading discovery sessions, facilitating collaboration, and driving cross-functional problem solving for breakthrough solutions.
•Strong analytical and strategic skills to connect customer experience outcomes to operational and financial results.
