Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive cost reduction, resiliency, and value engineering strategy; build and manage a multi-year roadmap aligned to division cost objectives.
  • •Own and prioritize a portfolio of value programs across implanter product lines based on business impact, feasibility, and constraints.
  • •Lead end-to-end program execution from concept through qualification and production enablement against committed cost, schedule, and performance targets.
  • •Develop and maintain cost models and forecasts; track realized savings and report performance against plan to stakeholders and leadership.
  • •Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain; monitor program health, manage risks/dependencies, and escalate issues impacting delivery.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 132,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • •5–10 years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs with increasing responsibility.
  • •Demonstrated track record delivering multi-million-dollar cost reduction and value engineering programs.
  • •Experience managing multi-project portfolios with measurable business impact.
