Job Summary

Lead the AI Intelligence Quality (IQ) team and drive development of the AI Platform that helps Lattice measure quality, detect regressions, run experiments, and continuously improve AI performance. Own the AI Platform roadmap and partner with Product, Applied AI, and Data Science to define evaluation and quality metrics. Build evaluation infrastructure, observability, and developer tooling, improving scalability, reliability, and adoption across all AI product teams.

•Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of AI and software engineers.
•Own execution and delivery of the AI Platform roadmap, balancing near-term impact with long-term investments.
•Partner with Product, Applied AI, Data Science, and engineering leaders to define how AI quality is measured and improved.
•Lead development of AI evaluation infrastructure, quality metrics, experimentation capabilities, observability, and developer tooling.
•Drive technical and organizational decisions to improve scalability, reliability, and adoption of the AI Platform across Lattice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,500 - 234,500 annually
