Job Summary

The Rewards Solutions Consultant will analyze client needs in compensation and rewards, develop data-driven insights, and deliver end-to-end advisory services. Key Responsibilities

•Client relationship management: Build long-term relationships with mid-level client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to provide end-to-end client solutions.
•Project delivery: Work on mid-to-large complexity projects, ensure on-time delivery with high-quality output and minimal re-work.
•Project management: Coordinate with team members to plan and execute project delivery and ensure timely completion.
•Thought leadership: Contribute to industry thought leadership through content, research, and client events in India.
•Business development: Identify client sales opportunities across hunting and farming, tailoring solutions to client requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and MBA/PGDBM from a Tier 1–3 institute
•1-3 years post-master experience or 4-5 years post-bachelor experience in compensation & Benefits, rewards design, job evaluation, incentive design, skill gap analysis, or talent management
•Proficiency in Excel with analytics/data skills; knowledge of R, VBA, macros, predictive analytics, and statistical modelling is a plus
•Strong client relationship management and presentation skills; ability to work independently and in teams
•Willingness to travel and engage across client sites as needed
