Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end growth and optimization for Grant across the full funnel from acquisition to re-engagement, tied to key metrics.
  • •Partner with data science and engineering on product-defining systems, including ML underwriting models, collection strategies, and multi-rail payment flows.
  • •Independently pull, model, and interrogate data by writing queries, building cohorts, validating results, and then deepening with others.
  • •Define success criteria for metrics using first principles and external benchmarks when needed.
  • •Run a rigorous experimentation program by forming hypotheses, sizing impact, setting up clean A/B tests, and using results to inform roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Be fluent in SQL (or comparable) and comfortable pulling/manipulating data in an analytics stack.
  • •Know what “good” looks like for key metrics, deriving targets from first principles and using external benchmarks when needed.
  • •Have a track record finding growth opportunities by segmenting users, decomposing funnels, and quantifying measurable wins.
  • •Demonstrate experimentation rigor, including designing/interpreting A/B tests and reasoning about statistical significance and sample size.
  • •Have at least 4 years working on successful digital consumer products, ideally including lending/fintech or similarly complex products.
