Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the on-site manufacturing technical lead for datacenter board products, improving factory preparedness, NPI execution, yield, and technical issue resolution across the product lifecycle.
  • •Serve as the primary technical liaison between NVIDIA, contract manufacturers, and suppliers for datacenter board products made in Mexico.
  • •Lead NPI readiness, factory qualification, and NPI-to-MP (mass production) transitions to ensure manufacturing readiness and production success.
  • •Drive root-cause analysis and technical closure of manufacturing, yield, quality, reliability, and test-related challenges.
  • •Analyze manufacturing data and reliability metrics to identify risks and drive corrective actions, including readiness reviews, benchmark assessments, and partner concern resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related fields supporting NPI and high-volume production.
  • •Deep expertise in board and system manufacturing, including process control, yield improvement, testing, failure analysis, reliability engineering, and factory operations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical and cross-functional manufacturing challenges using data-driven approaches.
  • •Excellent communication, influence, and technical leadership skills to align global engineering, operations, quality, and supplier teams without direct authority.
  • •Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in electrical engineering, mechanical development, computer engineering, production engineering, or a related technical field.
