Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end transformation projects in SI (information systems) within the insurance sector, from scoping to delivery, including planning, budget monitoring and risk management
•Coordinate stakeholders across business teams, IT and external providers to ensure alignment between functional needs and technical solutions
•Chair project governance bodies and provide clear, structured reporting to business and IT leadership
•Oversee testing and deployment to guarantee deliverable quality and adherence to deadlines
•Drive change management with impacted teams to sustainably anchor new solutions in the organization

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management within the insurance sector (life, non-life, mutuals, provident)
•Experience in a consulting firm and ability to navigate demanding, multi-stakeholder client environments
•Master's degree (Bac+5) in information systems or project management
•Proficiency with Agile and V-model methodologies and common project tools (Jira, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage functional framing and governance discussions
