Recruitment Intern - Staff Augmentation

Support the recruitment team for roles in Belgium by managing the job board and candidate applications in the applicant tracking system, helping prepare CVs and recruitment documentation, and sourcing candidates via social media. Assist with writing and posting IT-related job descriptions, and participate in scheduling first calls and organizing interviews when needed. Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and gain hands-on experience in a global, technology-focused environment.
