Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the central point of contact for customer quality topics, partnering with Sales, customers, and internal manufacturing teams to clearly define, assess, and resolve quality concerns.
•Gather, investigate, and analyze product performance and failure data, collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing to develop structured failure analysis and corrective action plans.
•Lead cross‑functional teams across Quality, Engineering, Production, and Sales to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions using structured problem‑solving approaches.
•Ensure customer feedback is clearly translated into actionable internal improvements through effective coordination and communication across teams.
•Participate in customer technical discussions and business reviews, representing the quality function while aligning internal stakeholders on commitments and timelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, industrial or related field) required, master’s degree is preferred.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in a customer-facing role.
•Proven experience in cross-departmental coordination (working with Sales, R&D, and operations) to resolve complex issues.
•Experience leading a team is a plus; strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams without direct authority.
•Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
