Job Summary

Independently read plans and specifications and perform forming, pouring, and finishing concrete to grade across construction and paving projects. Maintain a safe, safety-sensitive work environment by following company policies and OSHA/MSHA requirements and using appropriate tools and PPE. Operate jobsite equipment such as floats, trowels, screeds, and straight edges, while meeting physical work and lifting demands and supporting team and manager directions.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a safe work environment by complying with safety policies/procedures and using appropriate tools and equipment.
•Strictly follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environments.
•Read and interpret project plans and specifications independently to perform concrete work accurately.
•Independently form, pour, and finish concrete to grade and deliver a fine finish.
•Use jobsite equipment (e.g., floats, trowels, screeds, templates, motorized tamps, push brooms, straight edges) confidently and safely.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
•Demonstrated experience reading plans and independently forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for construction projects.
•Previous related construction field experience is a plus.
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
