Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and programmatic oversight for a multi-disciplinary engineering team (electrical, mechanical, integration, and systems).
  • •Lead assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and yield improvement for slices and stacks across multiple Electronics Unit configurations.
  • •Ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance goals are met during hardware builds and production execution.
  • •Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams across multiple factories to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
  • •Conduct hardware acceptance reviews with customers and communicate progress, risks, and corrective actions to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements
