Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and grow a team of TPMs and strengthen the TPM practice foundations.

  • •Lead resilience and reliability engineering initiatives, including chaos engineering, failure mode analysis, and run-the-game reduction programs.
  • •Drive execution with follow-through, accountability, and cross-team collaboration to secure deliverable commitments and unblock teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,400 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements
