Key Responsibilities

•Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact non-technical roles across global markets.
•Source passive and active candidates through channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, forums, social platforms, and professional networks.
•Build and maintain robust, diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
•Conduct outreach, pre-screening conversations, and candidate interviews to assess fit, specialized skills, and interest.
•Perform market and organizational mapping, deliver talent intelligence and maintain accurate tracking in ATS and sourcing tools while supporting a high-touch candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with agency and in-house experience preferred.
•Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while partnering with regional and global stakeholders.
•Strong time-management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, including working across global time zones.
•Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity.
