Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise OSP/ISP, fiber optic, and communications closet engineers and technicians to ensure coordinated, integrated engineering.
  • •Manage agency and subcontractor labor with daily direction, QA, performance oversight, and conflict resolution.
  • •Serve as primary engineering liaison to Government POCs and base stakeholders, coordinating access, security requirements, installation schedules, and deployment.
  • •Validate engineering deliverables (drawings, design inputs, reports, and risk assessments) and lead design reviews and planning sessions.
  • •Identify and mitigate engineering risks, design conflicts, and installation challenges while supporting program execution planning and reporting.
