Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide account teams and customers on optimal use of the Splunk Platform and provide recommendations for customer technical health.
  • •Deliver onboarding and enablement workshops to achieve onboarding milestones.
  • •Proactively engage technical teams to review and assess account health, focusing on telemetry risk signals and renewal timing.
  • •Provide strategic, case-based technical consulting (up to 90 days) and help resolve complex technical issues.
  • •Partner with Sales/Customer Success roles to support value realization and contribute to practice KPIs through process improvements, tools, and collateral.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience administering and using Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud).
  • •Strong Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and Splunk Core product feature experience.

  • •Solid experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics.
