Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team to support daily corporate action operations across HK Securities, China Connect, US Securities, structured products, bonds, and US tax reporting
  • •Streamline and enhance processes through transformation initiatives, improving operational efficiency and control effectiveness
  • •Ensure operational activities align with regulatory requirements and internal/external operational risk guidelines; escalate exceptional, suspicious, or aged items
  • •Monitor onshore and offshore team efficiency and performance, and set/achieve performance targets
  • •Lead and support investment operations change initiatives and system development projects, including UAT, system modifications, and ad-hoc projects

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • •Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in the financial industry, including at least 2 years of corporate action operations experience (especially overseas market such as the US)
  • •Familiarity with CCASS, Euroclear, CMU, and tax reporting operations
  • •At least 1 year of management experience with a self-motivated, detail-minded, communicative approach
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and strong analytical problem-solving mindset
