Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure production machinery is operated safely and efficiently.
  • •Operate required production machinery and monitor equipment operation; adjust equipment and report mechanical problems to maintenance.
  • •Serve as first level of defense for production floor problem-solving before escalating to Supervisor.
  • •Act as backup for Production Technicians and be a resource for resolving technical questions.
  • •Oversee production line operations during the absence of the Production Supervisor and follow PQI standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Two (2) years of related experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • •Forklift experience and ability to complete forklift certification.
  • •Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, physical stamina, and reading comprehension.
  • •Strong time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to use a personal computer for data entry.
