Key Responsibilities

•Ensure production machinery is operated safely and efficiently.
•Operate required production machinery and monitor equipment operation; adjust equipment and report mechanical problems to maintenance.
•Serve as first level of defense for production floor problem-solving before escalating to Supervisor.
•Act as backup for Production Technicians and be a resource for resolving technical questions.
•Oversee production line operations during the absence of the Production Supervisor and follow PQI standards.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Two (2) years of related experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (preferred).
•Forklift experience and ability to complete forklift certification.
•Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, physical stamina, and reading comprehension.
•Strong time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to use a personal computer for data entry.
