Own Taskrabbit’s supply-demand balance for the UK, monitoring health and performance metrics across metros and ensuring the quality of the recommendations shown to clients. •Operate as the primary owner of Taskrabbit supply for the UK, monitoring and reporting performance/health metrics and ensuring client recommendation quality.
•Oversee supply lifecycles, programs, and communications to maintain strong Tasker flow and fulfillment quality.
•Use data to develop dashboards/analyses, surface problems for escalation, and run experiments to drive impact.
•Develop and execute tactical plays (in-app/push, email) and own playbooks so wins scale beyond local metros.
•Coach and grow the Tasker base via workshops and community engagement, while building automation/AI tools and partnering cross-functionally to drive outcomes.

•Ability to build, execute, and measure initiatives end-to-end with a strategist mindset.
•Hands-on operator comfortable moving between strategy and execution, including building automation/tools (including AI tools).
