Job Summary

Perform account reconciliation across multiple portfolios, driving daily end-to-end cash reconciliation, transaction analysis, and variance identification using bank, custody, and supporting data. Collaborate with internal teams, banks, custodians, and advisors to resolve missing trades/corporate actions and follow up on pending or incorrectly booked transactions. Verify pricing and income details using Bloomberg or other market data services, support monthly closing and valuations, and escalate issues to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct daily end-to-end cash reconciliation, including analysis and recording transactions.
•Identify cash/asset variances using bank & custody statements and supporting data.
•Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve missing trades, corporate actions, and other transaction items.
•Verify prices and income details (including rate of interest) using Bloomberg or other market data services and provide backups.
•Support monthly closing by performing administrative functions related to monthly closing and valuations, reporting issues to supervisors.

Key Requirements

•Perform account reconciliation across multiple portfolios, including daily end-to-end cash reconciliation and transaction recording.
•Identify reasons for variances in cash/assets using bank & custody statements and other supporting data.
•Interact with internal teams and external partners (banks, custodians, advisors) to resolve missing trades and other transaction items.
•Follow up on pending transactions and incorrect bookings with the trade team, bank, and custody.
•Maintain working knowledge of financial services industry products, services, and processes performed by the team.
