Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead the EDO Global Competency Center operating model, including scalable delivery teams and execution consistency across EDO pillars.
  • •Own GCC workforce strategy: hiring, onboarding, talent development, succession planning, and flexible staffing/capacity planning across the EDO portfolio.
  • •Establish a centralized EDO Program Management Office (PMO) and define standards for project management, agile delivery, portfolio governance, financial reporting, KPI measurement, and risk management.
  • •Facilitate planning and execution reviews, drive executive dashboards and delivery reporting, and lead portfolio-level issue resolution and escalation management.
  • •Partner with pillar leaders to provide execution support, chair cross-pillar execution reviews, manage dependencies, and provide executive leadership reporting on delivery health, capacity, risks, and outcomes.
