Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules.
  • •Hands-on configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow risk modules, workflows, and risk statements.
  • •Assume technical ownership and coordination for Corporate Governance applications and ecosystems of third-party SaaS solutions and automated integrations.
  • •Manage second- and third-level production support requests, troubleshooting system behaviors and coordinating resolutions with vendors or engineering teams.
  • •Design and deploy scalable, cloud-native system integration paths and maintain technical records, playbooks, and configuration guides.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven hands-on experience configuring and administering the ServiceNow platform with GRC/IRM and TPRM deployment lifecycle ownership.
  • •Strong technical integration, administration, and support experience across cross-functional enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • •Deep knowledge of software integration standards, data mapping, and working with REST APIs.
  • •Working literacy in at least one or more scripting/programming languages or infrastructure toolsets (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, Bash/PowerShell, or AWS).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent technical certifications.
