Job Summary

Lead end-to-end LIVE policy deployment for the Trust & Safety LIVE Policy Deployment Team, accelerating policy implementation across human and machine moderation. Partner with Operations, Product, Algorithms, Training, Data Science, Platform, and Policy teams to design deployment roadmaps, prioritize high-impact cascades, and validate changes through testing and experiments. Drive continuous improvement by embedding AI-driven efficiencies while ensuring policies remain compliant, actionable, scalable, and operationally feasible.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end LIVE policy deployment planning, including roadmap, prioritization framework, and resource allocation to align with business goals and risk mitigation.
•Drive alignment across stakeholders (Ops, Product, Algo, Data Science) to execute high-impact/risk policy cascades with timely and consistent implementation.
•Optimize pre-launch assessment, policy testing, and training methodologies to improve deployment speed and accuracy in dynamic LIVE environments.
•Oversee the full lifecycle of LIVE policy implementation—from development to deployment—ensuring adherence to T&S standards and resolving operational bottlenecks.
•Partner with Policy and Platform teams to customize tooling solutions, embed AI-driven efficiencies, and future-proof LIVE policy management; design and validate initiatives through data-driven experiments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Sociology, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in policy operation, policy deployment, AI moderation systems, ops management, policy analysis, risk assessment, or program management of complex cross-functional projects.
•Proven track record designing scalable processes and driving alignment across diverse teams.
•Deep understanding of content moderation workflows and AI-driven policy tools.
•Strong analytical and communication skills to balance compliance, feasibility, and user experience and translate policy concepts into actionable plans.
