Job Summary

Serve as the technical lead for the APAC leg of the Multi-Product Platform, owning the end-to-end customer journey from demo to onboarding. Partner with engineering and product leaders to shape the roadmap, make hard architectural decisions, and deliver high-impact, customer-facing features. Lead and mentor 15+ engineers, define SLAs, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ship improvements at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, raising the technical bar and supporting engineers’ growth.
•Drive evolution of the customer journey as the company expands internationally and serves new market segments and the public sector.
•Own and develop complex, customer-facing features that simplify the customer experience for large organizations.
•Define and uphold SLAs for systems, maintaining operational excellence and reliability at scale.
•Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather feedback and iterate into shipped product.

Key Requirements

•8+ years designing and building web and distributed applications deployed across multiple data centers.
•2+ years at staff level with experience working across teams, mentoring senior engineers, and delivering high-impact outcomes.
•Experience leading multi-quarter, customer-facing projects from inception through stable, high-quality operation.
•Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Design.
•BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.
