Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, raising the technical bar and supporting engineers’ growth.
  • •Drive evolution of the customer journey as the company expands internationally and serves new market segments and the public sector.
  • •Own and develop complex, customer-facing features that simplify the customer experience for large organizations.
  • •Define and uphold SLAs for systems, maintaining operational excellence and reliability at scale.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather feedback and iterate into shipped product.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years designing and building web and distributed applications deployed across multiple data centers.
  • •2+ years at staff level with experience working across teams, mentoring senior engineers, and delivering high-impact outcomes.
  • •Experience leading multi-quarter, customer-facing projects from inception through stable, high-quality operation.
  • •Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Design.
  • •BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.
