Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, savings withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
  • •Sell cashier’s checks and redeem savings bonds; process additional currency transactions and prepare currency transaction reports as needed.
  • •Answer clients’ questions in person and over the telephone, and identify basic cross-sell/referral opportunities; direct clients to a banker when appropriate.
  • •Use 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals to business partners and other lines of business.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by counting, packaging, submitting excess/mutilated currency, and maintaining appropriate cash supplies while complying with bank operations and security procedures.
