Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the day-to-day activities for moderately complex technical or non-technical projects within program guidelines.
  • •Oversee multiple DoD projects concurrently across cost, schedule, scope, and quality, maintaining plans, schedules, staffing plans, and risk registers.
  • •Serve as the primary day-to-day interface with government customers, prime contractors, CORs, and other stakeholders; run customer status meetings and reporting.
  • •Maintain financial performance (revenue, gross margin, forecasting, labor utilization, burn rates, Estimates at Completion) and support invoicing and reporting.
  • •Coordinate staffing and subcontractors across locations, mentor project personnel, and support contracting and compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Active Secret security clearance.
  • •5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting DoD or Federal Government customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • •Experience managing project cost, schedule, staffing, risks, and customer relationships.
