Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor assigned email boxes and workflows to add requests to lending pipelines in a timely manner.
  • •Answer lending staff questions on loan status and forward technical requests to the appropriate teams.
  • •Process original documents received post-closing.
  • •Image closed loans for Commercial and Commercial Real Estate transactions, ensuring accuracy.
  • •Process ticklers, wire transactions, and General Ledger entries, researching and correcting errors as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 2 years of banking experience.
  • •Computer literate; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Fiserv DNA and Nautilus are a plus.
  • •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet loan funding deadlines.
