Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineers and manufacturing experts to co-define build strategies, L10/L11 roadmaps, and SOWs for ODMs and CMs across compute servers and network hardware.
  • •Own global ODM/CM management end-to-end, including selection, qualification, onboarding, performance governance, and relationship management to drive on-time delivery and lead-time compression.
  • •Define and negotiate SOWs and commercial agreements that challenge unnecessary specifications and costs, securing aggressive pricing, capacity commitments, and flexibility while maintaining quality and reliability.
  • •Drive continuous cost leadership via should-cost modeling, design-for-manufacturability reviews, specification optimization, and long-term pricing agreements to reduce total cost of ownership.
  • •Standardize and automate NPI-to-mass-production, implement inventory and WIP optimization models (including consignment and just-in-time), and establish weekly-reviewed KPIs for cost, quality, speed, yield, and resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in business, manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering, or 9+ years in one or more of these areas.
  • •4+ years of experience working in global supply chain.
  • •Deep technical understanding of L10/L11 manufacturing flows, FATP, value engineering, and design-for-manufacturability for hyperscale datacenter hardware.
  • •Proven track record managing ODMs and CMs at L10 and L11 in hyperscale or high-growth technology environments.
  • •Demonstrated success negotiating complex SOWs, challenging specifications and costs, and delivering in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
