Join Peloton’s International Workplace Experience team as a Workplace Specialist in Covent Garden, London. You’ll be the primary on-site point of contact for visitors, vendors and team members, ensuring a best-in-class office environment, smooth operations, mail and ticketing management, and collaboration with IT, Health & Safety, People, Finance and Real Estate to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a culture ambassador, embodying Peloton’s value of Be the Best Place to Work.
•Serve as the primary Workplace point of contact for all Peloton team members, guests, and vendors. Anticipate their needs, providing a personalised and enhanced experience.
•Maintain a best-in-class office environment for both employees and guests.
•Conduct daily walkthroughs, ensuring the office is clean, safe, well-stocked, and welcoming.
•Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely collection.

Key Requirements

•Significant relevant workplace experience in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Envoy; Jira experience is essential.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Resourcefulness and proactivity in resolving issues as they arise.
•Experience with ticketing systems and ensuring SLA adherence.
