Job Summary

Design, simulate, and characterize next-generation RF/analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits for Starlink deployment in space and ground systems. Derive RFIC subsystem specifications, develop RF/microwave circuits in SiGe/CMOS, perform floorplanning/layout, model parasitics, and evaluate prototypes for full radio performance. Partner with system architects, modem/DSP, and ASIC teams, support automated test equipment, and work with manufacturing on production testing and qualification.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.
•Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits.
•Develop analog/mixed-signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes.
•Perform IC floor planning and layout, model package and external parasitic components.
•Evaluate prototypes and characterize/analyze full radio performance, supporting test equipment and production testing/qualification with manufacturing engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
•2+ years of RF integrated circuit experience.
•Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering or computer engineering with emphasis on RF/analog/mixed-signal IC design.
•Experience using simulation tools such as Spectre, ADS, HFSS, or Momentum.
•Ability to perform analysis and simulation of both linear and non-linear circuits (e.g., PLLs, mixers, filters, oscillators, low noise and power amplifiers).
