Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop logistics models, metrics, and improvement strategies that combine operations concepts with quantitative analysis.
  • •Monitor master file transactions and ensure inventory receipts and fulfillment are completed on time per Incoterms.
  • •Maintain 100% inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory transactions and error corrections, and performing reconciliations across locations in NetSuite.
  • •Review shipments using tracking tools and coordinate with vendors/forwarders/warehouses to ensure smooth delivery to warehouses.
  • •Prepare and provide regular reports and data for logistics process areas (receipts/fulfillment analysis) and benchmark activities to drive best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Advance Excel competency is a must.
  • •Familiarity and work experience with ERP systems.
  • •Experience monitoring and reconciling inventory transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • •Ability to review shipments and take appropriate action to complete inventory transactions on time.
  • •Experience collaborating with senior staff or stakeholders to determine effective logistics solutions.
