Lead Risk Engineer – PMC

Lead independent project risk and opportunity management for a brownfield nickel smelter expansion, ensuring threats and opportunities are identified early, quantified, mitigated, monitored, and reported across engineering, procurement, Chinese supply chain activities, logistics, construction, shutdowns, commissioning, and commercial/regulatory work. Develop and maintain the Project Risk Management Framework and Risk Register, run schedule/cost risk analysis (including Monte Carlo), manage opportunity registers, and deliver executive risk dashboards and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
