Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for InterSystems offices across the Middle East, with primary responsibility for Dubai.
  • •Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to resolve issues efficiently with minimal business disruption.
  • •Manage office administration and operational renewals, including licences, permits, insurance policies, and documentation trackers.
  • •Coordinate office expansions, relocations, fit-outs, refurbishments, and workplace upgrades, including budgets, timelines, and delivery.
  • •Ensure Health & Safety, security, and workplace compliance by maintaining documentation, risk assessments, certifications, and emergency procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Operations in a corporate environment, with an equivalent relevant qualification.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing corporate office facilities, building operations, maintenance, and service providers.
  • •Experience managing office operations and general corporate administration, including office moves, expansions, and workplace projects.
  • •Experience managing suppliers, contractors, facilities-related contracts, budgets, and service levels.
  • •Good knowledge of Health & Safety, facilities compliance, and building management; IOSH/NEBOSH/IWFM (or equivalent) is advantageous.
