Area Customer Experience Specialist - (Grant, AL)

Provide best-in-class, in-branch customer experiences across multiple locations by supporting branch teams during busy times. Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers—retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposit/loan products, and processing transactions accurately. Educate customers on banking services and technology, resolve issues, and uphold operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while traveling between daily-changing branch sites.
