Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design system, including components, patterns, and standards used across product and web surfaces to ship high-craft work faster.
  • •Build and polish the public web presence, from the marketing site to campaign pages, with the same rigor as in-product experiences.
  • •Raise the craft bar on in-product surfaces by partnering with designers and product engineers to simplify complex clinical and operational workflows.
  • •Own interaction and motion fundamentals, treating typography, layout, accessibility (WCAG), and performance as core system elements.
  • •Define and share AI-native workflows (including documenting prompts/patterns), and run web experiments while instrumenting surfaces for measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience spanning both design and front-end engineering, with a track record of operating in both worlds.
  • •Strong front-end skills: React/TypeScript, modern HTML and CSS, and WebGL with an eye for interaction.
  • •Experience building or significantly evolving a design system or component library at a product company.
  • •A strong visual and interaction design eye with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
  • •Comfort building on a CMS (Sanity preferred), running web experiments, and managing web analytics.
