Job Summary

Lead the production of coordinated 3D BIM models and CAD drawings across all design stages, using Revit and BIM workflows to support multidisciplinary delivery. Work with engineers, Revit/CAD technicians, and external stakeholders to prepare concise engineering drawings for key project stages—from conception and planning through tender, building warrant, and construction. Manage drafting on projects of varying complexity while applying ISO 19650 and collaborative information management practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models in Revit, preparing engineering models and drawings from sketches and design information.
•Use BIM technologies to prepare concise engineering drawings for key project stages including conception, planning, tender, building warrant, and construction.
•Fulfil the Project Technician role by managing drafting aspects of projects of varying complexity and actively driving collaboration.
•Work with engineers, Revit/CAD technicians, and external stakeholders to achieve multidisciplinary delivery outcomes.

Key Requirements

•HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
•Experience in Building Structures as a Technician.
•Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
•Experience applying ISO 19650 principles, BIM templates, BEPs, and collaborative information management software.
•Strong, practical Revit experience in a building structures-focused role, with ability to plan and organize workload under tight deadlines.
