Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models in Revit, preparing engineering models and drawings from sketches and design information.
  • •Work closely with external stakeholders, clients, and colleagues across WSP to support multidisciplinary delivery outcomes.
  • •Use BIM technologies in cloud and managed systems to produce concise engineering drawings for key stages such as conception, planning, tender, building warrant, and construction.
  • •Fulfil a Project Technician role by managing drafting aspects of projects of varying complexity and size and driving collaboration.
  • •Plan and organize workload to meet tight deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •Experience working as a technician in building structures.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM templates, BEPs, and collaborative information management software.
  • •Experience using Revit in a similar building-structures-focused role.
