Key Responsibilities

  • •Own internal tools end to end, from problem discovery through architecture, build, rollout, and follow-up fixes.
  • •Build AI-powered internal systems like document parsing and analysis, agentic workflows, and automated research and routing.
  • •Partner with leads across proposals, customer ops, sales, design, and engineering to convert needs into buildable solutions.
  • •Drive AI enablement across the company so people can use the tools effectively.
  • •Support the external analytics layer in the platform and back up the deployment team during implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years of engineering, data, or applied AI experience (or work that makes the years irrelevant).
  • •Built an end-to-end internal application/automation/tool that a team still uses today (not a prototype).
  • •Fluency with AI tools, including experience shipping and identifying failures and mitigations.
  • •Strong SQL skills plus enough data modeling to work with an existing warehouse and ship models when needed.
  • •Ability to scope a vague problem from a non-technical stakeholder into the right build.
