Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client solutions by listening for financial wellness opportunities and delivering customized recommendations, including referrals for investment and insurance products.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal interaction skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence, including investment, mortgage, and business banking sales professionals.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
