Lead and evolve Allianz Indonesia’s Data Warehouse (DWH) ecosystem, ensuring timely delivery of data products, integrations, reporting, and analytics that meet stakeholder needs. Own the enterprise DWH and data platform strategy for Life, Syariah, and Utama, while driving data architecture governance, solution design, and technology standards. Ensure reliability, security, performance, compliance, and collaborate across regional and global governance bodies. Manage and develop data engineering, database administration, and functional data business analysis capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure timely delivery of data products, integrations, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities aligned to stakeholder requirements.
•Ensure stability, availability, security, and performance of the Data Warehouse environment.
•Own and execute the enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Platform strategy aligned with business objectives for Life, Syariah, and Utama.
•Provide technical leadership and governance for data architecture, solution design, and technology standards.
•Lead and develop high-performing teams of Data Engineers and Database Administrators while providing functional leadership to Data Business Analyst; ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Warehouse (DWH) environments, including hands-on Data Warehouse implementation and transformation.
•Strong experience with data acquisition, ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data cleansing, including leading large-scale data platform, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
•Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture, data modeling, data integration, and database management.
•Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools, including Tableau.
