Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely delivery of data products, integrations, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities aligned to stakeholder requirements.
  • •Ensure stability, availability, security, and performance of the Data Warehouse environment.
  • •Own and execute the enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Platform strategy aligned with business objectives for Life, Syariah, and Utama.
  • •Provide technical leadership and governance for data architecture, solution design, and technology standards.
  • •Lead and develop high-performing teams of Data Engineers and Database Administrators while providing functional leadership to Data Business Analyst; ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Warehouse (DWH) environments, including hands-on Data Warehouse implementation and transformation.
  • •Strong experience with data acquisition, ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data cleansing, including leading large-scale data platform, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
  • •Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture, data modeling, data integration, and database management.
  • •Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools, including Tableau.
